Ordering Fabric Our 100% Twill Fabric is the highest quality. It has a beautiful smooth, soft finish and is very easy to sew. Although 100% cotton is more expensive than a poly-cotton blend, the expense is usually considered worth it. This fabric is lightweight, non stretch and machine washable. Fabric is sold per half metre. If you wish to buy a longer piece, you need to order multiple half metres. We will send this as a continuous length.
