Ordering and Payments
Sewing sanctuary will dispatch your order a maximum of 2-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability), please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to check when it will be sent out/arrive.
Once you have selected your goods and arrived at the checkout, you will be given the option to either checkout as a guest or to register as a customer. Registering as a customer will allow you to pass through checkout more quickly on future occasions. We ask for your details at this stage so that we can notify you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order or process your payment. We will never give your details to any other parties.
The payment process is entirely secure. You can make a payment using PayPal or by credit card, we use the most up-to-date technology for secure data transfer. You will receive confirmation by email upon placement of your order and your goods will be dispatched shortly afterwards. You will receive a confirmation email to tell you that your goods have been shipped.
Returns & Replacements
Refunds for cut fabric or ribbon are discretionary unless faulty or damaged. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange – within 14 days of receipt of purchase – for other item/s which have been purchased at full price and are returned unused and in good condition. Please return items in original packaging together with an explanatory note and your contact details. We recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
